We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.

Funny you ask, I had forgotten that in your reply to my original post that you had your sights done there. I mentioned that " someone on the open carry board " said he had his sights cut off but had forgotten you had them done there. He never even flinched. Just said yeah that is an option but didn't say he could do it. Maybe a different gunsmith. He's a younger guy, mid 30's.

Holy crap. When I had asked how much they wanted for a replacement front sight for the Socom, they said they wouldn't even sell one. They recommended I try XS sights, who wanted 135$ Bahahahaha

My guy was on the slightly stout side. Late 30's-mid 40's

You must use a sight press, do not ever allow anyone to simply punch in new sights, punching in tri J's or any tritium sights can and likely will break the glass bead and it will not be covered under warranty. N been looking at the tru glow tritiums for my XDM....
