I'm been absent, due in large part to renovation of my house. While in and helping out, my Mom had to be left at my house alone with other people working in the house. i trusted those that were working there or else I'd never had brought them on but still, one never really knows in this day and age. So, after talking to her a bit, she agreed that she'd rather me leave the Walther with her for protection, just in case. Now she seems to have fallen in love with the little gun. *LOL* I'm writing to ask if I can legally sell or gift it to her for awhile or is that even legal being that she's not a Kentucky resident? She does have a gun permit or whatever it is that N.C. requires of their gun owners to own a firearm.

Perhaps I'll just loan it to her till she gets her own. She's in Ky. visiting and helping me out on a project here right now so I know that she can carry and if need be, use it while in Ky.
