The bill has a provision that employers that allow employees to carry a firearm on their permises or while "on the job" have no liability for that.
Following this logic, if an employer does not allow guns on the job, is the employer therefore liable for any employee that uses a firearm while on the job? Does this mean it would be "safer" to let employee's carry?
