Why would we in NC need a UT permit? We already have arguably the best permit there is in terms of reciprocity.

Valid question.
Some of the students that we see from NC take the class because they are active duty military and their home state permit does not have good reciprocity.
Some are planning a move to another state from NC.
Some take it just to get the training that the class offers.
Folks have different reasons. Our Virginia classes often see students from NC, Md, De, Pa, DC, etc. I'm sure there are more reasons than those I listed. Whatever the reason, we'll be here to offer the training.
