Well you didn't give a whole lot of info on his "gun".
Relaxed: would it be considered a "snubby":uhoh: or an auto loader?:banana:
Excited: A Mich pistol or short barreled rifle?:eek:
If it is a smooth bore: it doesn't have to be registered.:lol:
If it is rifled: it must be registered and considered a dangerous weapon!
Unless it has been "modified" to shoot "blanks" only!:shocker:

Is that enough or should I continue...... :D
