Senate Bill 292 is has MANY Exceptions..., though, although Park Carry is NOT one of Those Exceptions, Hospital Carry would be for Indianapolis.

IIRC, the Indiana permit is a License to Carry, NOT a concealed Pistol license.

They've gotta be dumb to think that nobody already carries on buses, in hospitals, and in the library.

Most people probably don't even know that there are local ordinances prohibiting those things.

I'll be glad in 2 weeks when I don't have to worry about making sure I don't open carry on the days I take my kids to the library. We go pretty often.
