What do I think?

I think it sounds like NATO is putting forth veiled threats for "conventional military strikes" in response to exercises involving freedom of speech.

It sounds like NATO opposes the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

It sounds like it's time for NATO to be disbanded for grossly overstepping the bounds of their charter and adversely interfering in the internal affairs of other law-abiding countries, with threats towards the law-abiding citizens of those countries.

I'm sure NATO will disagree. However, if it agreed, it wouldn't be breaking the law like this in the first place. If I made such a threat against my neighbor, I'd be in jail for quite a while.

Thus, it's sounds like the leaders of NATO need to do some hard time to fit their hard crimes.
