I received a call today from a friend of mine who went to renew his CPL. He was told that he would have to wait 60 days for his renewal. My friend informed the deputy that he was incorrect on the time allotted for residents. It seems that the PDF file Thrurston County uses has a typo even though they provide the correct RCW...

Can someone in that area take the lead on this and get them to correct the typo and information they are providing to the public?

Check out the FAQ section
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE CPL APPLICATION ? (RCW 9.41.070.(1))
1. Up to 60 days for current county and state residents, up to 90 days for all others.
2. The approved CPL will be mailed to the applicant at that time.

Actual RCW 9.41.070 (1)
(1) The chief of police of a municipality or the sheriff of a county shall within thirty days after the filing of an application of any person, issue a license to such person to carry a pistol concealed..........

From the links on down, copy and paste into an email and shoot it off to them. See what happens.
