Traveling to Oregon, Non-Resident, am I able to open-carry?

Just wondering if I'm able to send my Guns to an FFL dealer (so ATF/TSA don't take my guns) and walk around in Oregon OC'ing.

I read there is a statute that say's no guns can be loaded unless you have a CHP in Oregon. Just looking for some clarification as a non-resident staying temporarily.

there is no residency requirement to open carry in oregon, and loaded open carry is not restricted except for the "banned" cities....

I understand that Portland is one of those "Banned" cities. Which are the others?
