A LEO having RAS?

Has anyone been stopped by a LEO and he did have RAS? Did a store get robbed and you just so happened to have on what the BG had on? etc... Or did he just say he did and you found out later he did not? In that case what did you do? I am interested in how many LEO stops are just because you are OCing. 90%-10%,80%-20% etc...

Crickets: chirp, chirp...

Both times I have been stopped it was solely because I had an openly carried handgun, which cannot, in and of itself, constitute RAS.

Assuming Open carry is legal in the location you happen to be while carrying.
