To your question OC-motor, yes. Each city/county has some sort of disorderly conduct law on the books.


For Washoe County: 53.170 Disorderly conduct. They also have a 53.140 Disturbing the peace.

I was able to find those above pertaining to me using google searches with the city and key words 'disorderly conduct'. I'd urge you to find the ones that pertain to your city, I offer those above as examples.
