I'm not the best at writing but this is the question that I posted

First of all thank you for what you have done for the state. My Question is will you look into allowing a Permanent Residents IE (Green Card holder) to apply for a NM CCW at the moment only a US citizen can apply for one

The question I posted was in regards to the current law barring Open Carriers to legally open carry in establishments that sell alcohol for Off Site consumption..

Hope this gets addressed.
