    Well since the wording hasn't changed;

    6 c. A firearms safety or training course that is available to the public and is
    7offered by a law enforcement agency or,

    Yes to all of these..........hunter safety, shooting competition, military service, the MD class????

    And I guess the Maryland Police Firearm Training will suffice. It take about 30 minutes. It's not an exam, there is no test. If you can click a mouse you'll have your certificate upon completion.

    I thought the shooting competition portion was taken out?
    No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. Thomas Jefferson (1776)

    If you go into a store, with a gun, and rob it, you have forfeited your right to not get shot - Joe Deters, Hamilton County (Cincinnati) Prosecutor

    I ask sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people except for a few politicians. - George Mason (father of the Bill of Rights and The Virginia Declaration of Rights)

    I believe you're correct. If memory serves, it was taken out by an amendment introduced by a republican senator.

    Im hoping that somewhere in the bill theres not wording that gives the DOJ latitude in what constitutes 'proper training'
