We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. For the average person that doesn't mean much.
The Corporation threw you a couple more crumbs.
He could have been signing for Constitutional Carry,
and brought Maine into the realm of a Free State.
But that will pacify everyone for this year.

We fought hard to get it... but alas, in the end apparently we didn't do enough. There is always next year though, and with every year MOCA will grow larger and stronger. We will have Constitutional Carry yet, it is but a matter of time.
