308 was drafted back in January right after the AZ shooting, but from what I've been able to tell it hasn't made it anywhere and is highly unlikely to go anywhere with the house controlled by republicans.

Why is anyone paying attention to nagr? That is probably a scam. The guy has only ever put things out about old dead issues and has not actually accomplished anything. Plus its a dude not a member organization.
