Monterey County Sherriff Millers son arrested again. Better get those CCW apps in

Wel our newly elected sheriffs 25 y/o son was arrested again. This time for meth which appeared to be packaged for sale. Last year he was arrested for DUI and IN Oct of last year investigated for credit card fraud. He lives n an apt connected to dads home.

I guess now is not the time to send a app for a ccw as dad is going to have bigger things to deal with.
Considering his wife settled a lawsuit against Pacific Grove for 600,000 and the sherriff won a lawsuit prior im sure this case will be reduced to misdemeanors.

Yaki, it sounds a lot like his father is grooming him to become a member of the Salinas PD!

You know what they say about preachers' and cops' kids. Guess the stereotype pans out sometimes.

If that's true look out M.C. Latest is his dad isn't bailing him out. Considering he was sworn in in Jan of this year I think he's worried about the appearance of things..

Now if this was anybody not connected to Law enforcement the property would have been seized.
I am not anti Cop I am just pro Citizen.

    U.S. v. Minker, 350 US 179, at page 187
"Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many citizens, because
of their respect for what only appears to be a law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their
    rights, due to ignorance." (Paraphrased)
