That when licensed under SB90 (93), I would be able to carry OWB with shirt tail coverage and not worry about exposure or printing or any of that? Since OC is still legal, there should be no repercussions from exposure when CC?

Your licence to drive a car does not mean you cannot ride a bike or walk, Eh? Same, it is a license to conceal, has nothing to do with OC> whatever was ok before, is still ok now.
