All brought to you by Washington's own Al Swift as his last harrah before he left the house in 1993. You know...THE one and only "Motor Voter Act of 1993" carfted by Swift, and signed by Clinton. No proof of citizenship required to register as a voter...

I am a naturalized US Citizen (1970). My original Voter registration required I produce my naturalization papers to register. My original voter registraion had a statement on the back to the effect that it was to be carried at all times as it was "proof of US citizenship".

Look at you voter registration card...doesn't say that it is "proof of US citizenship" any more does it? Thank old Al Swift for that.

I was appalled one day when I was renewing my drivers license...one of the Spanish speaking drivers examiners was asking a Hispanic if he had registered to vote, and then if he wished to...the guy couldn't even speak enough English to get a drivers license...and we wonder why so many politicos are "immigrent" friendly?

Sooner or later the U.S. will be named the United States of Mexico and they'll deport everyone not of Mexican decent.
