National OC rally?

I am looking into it. My thought is to have a rally at each state capitol, or at two or three ideally located cities in each state. Have the rallies all start at the same time (2pm EST, 1pm CST, Noon MST, and 11am EST) to have everyone participating together. States where OC is legal would have OCers. States with CC but not OC could have CCers with signs about OC. Of course in my home state of IL we would just have signs.

Anyway, I am hoping to get good media attention and to educate the public.
