If SB 2862 was passed last year and took effect July 1, 2010, why is public parks still listed as prohibited?

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.

Listed where as prohibited? SB2862 was passed and signed into law and became effective July 1st, 2010. So if you're seeing any prohibitions, it must be because where ever you're seeing them has not yet updated their material. Sometimes it can take a while for everyone to get up to speed.
