Hopefully that fact sheet will answer a lot of questions.

There is one glaring ommission... they don't mention anything about licensees being exempt from the 1,000' GFSZ, and that those open carrying in vehicles without license cannot do so in the 1,000' GFSZ. I think this is a very important aspect of SB93, and there's still a lot of confusion amongst some people on this point. NRA should've been on this.
