    Thanks Lawful Aim, again.
Long time since I seen a Patriot why has researched the laws, and even fewer why would share them
with fellow Patriots, to protect our rights.
Back in the 1970's and 80's, many wanted to profit on the good info they had, and the poor couldn't
    buy the Info.

Now that all our Freedom's are at stake, many are coming forward with info.
Also people who are thinkers are waking up some.
    Better late then never !
    Keep the info coming.
OC-ers are the new Patriots of today, bold and exercising the right to carry.

    ...infractions are not crimes...
    Here's the tricky part:
the constitution of California provides for a right to jury trial in all civil matters. the same constitution grants rights to those accused of crimes. So in 1967, the legislature bypassed the constitution and created a new type of crime that is neither civil nor criminal for the purpose of evading your right to jury trial and right to a court appointed lawyer, yet they collect the fines as civil,
Which constitutional right have they infringed? The right to jury trial, or the right to counsel when you cannot afford one? the constitution reigns supreme, so why are we letting the courts get away with this?

Infractions are civil matters. And to throw a wrench in to most people's train of thought, "criminal" is actually civil too, except for properly indicted actions. But how often does a proper indictment occur? They are ALL civil matters because they are all commercial matters which means there is remedy under the UCC and common law. ...Common law stemming back to the Magna Carta of 1215 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magna_Carta not the common law as referred to in case opinions. Actions don't become statutory/criminal until one pleads to the charges and consents to the court's jurisdiction.

I apologize for the poor punctuation in the article as it was transcribed roughly by another. It does contain valuable and educational points. It is not recommended that one attempt the ideas presented unless thoroughly researched and understood.
