Good for him, if criminals weren't so dumb they might get the message. I still think warning shots are bad ideas. Where exactly does the warning shot go, you're likely to cause unintended damage.

A warning shot is still a breach of those "preposterous" safety rules...

Good for Mr. Bowen on keeping the bad guys away. The bay guys are luckier than they will ever know!

Yes, considering the current laws allow the home owner to fully protect himself after they "broke though" the door.
