If all of this is true, why isn't there a case before some court to get rid of the DMV. All motor vehicle laws except the requirements for lights, horn, wipers etc are unconstitutional, because they restrict my right to travel.
The same with gun laws. I am a law abiding citizen, who is not prohibited from owning a firearm, but I can't carry a functional firearm.
It seems to the one case would take care of all this.
