We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. You can OC most places without a CHL. There are cities that have restrictions though (like Portland) where you cannot carry loaded. You can't go into public buildings, or onto school/university grounds. You should probably read the pamphlet, it answers most questions.

its not bad if you have a chl but i do get alot of neg looks since i do live in portland

Though its argued to be an illegal ordinance, Porltand also restricts carrying an unloaded hangun with loaded mags for it on your person if you DO NOT have a CHL.
