Met with Goose and Gary this morning.... nice chat. To the doubters, Gary is a real kid, 17, interested in guns. We had a nice chat and I reinforced what I mentioned on the other thread. Be patient, get a rifle (Ruger 10-22), spend time meeting other gun owners and get a hold of GreenIsFaster...

To Gary or any other folks that talk to Gary if he wants, I will take him shooting, if he makes it up my way. I have a real private setting in the woods where it would be very comfortable for newbies to get a feel for firearms.
