I am trying to find information for a family member who lives in East Hartland, CT.
Who to see, where to obtain and submit an aplication.
Anyone familiar with this town?

If East Hartland has their own Police Department you get the application from and submit it to them. If they have a Resident State Trooper you will get the application from the First Selectman.
