What is the point? the GFSZ bill of 1990 was declared unconstitutional. The GFSZ bill of 1995 is the problem since they put the "or otherwise might have some effect on interstate commerce" statement in it and judges don't seem keen on holding back the expansion of the commerce clause to include everything.

Hmm.. it might be ok, the title is just deceiving. It does strike the correct parts of US code.
