Are there any special sanctions the state has implemented regarding carrying a firearm on the campus of Virginia Tech or any college campus in Va for that matter? I see this am a man was " seen" with a firearm and now there is lockdown . This seems ridiculous to me in a gold star open carry state .

The simple answer to your question is "Yes."

The search function will help you tremendously. Use the names or initials of the various Virginia universities/colleges to find the many threads already out there. And yes, we're working on it.

How's OC on campus in WVa going? Or CC, for that matter?

I heard about this today. My first thought was "so what?" If the guy isn't shooting up the place and is just simply carrying a firearm on his belt, "who cares?"
