If only our founding fathers compiled a document setting certain inalienable rights as humans with a right to gun ownership, and then proceeded to outline a system of checks and balances for writing new laws only when absolutely necessary.

Obama has started no gun grab. His BATFE is illegally demanding reporting, and that needs to be challenged and stopped, but there is no gun grab going on. Shame on Jones and shame on the OP for spreading an untruth.

JD - According to Jones, yes, someone from his organization bought 2 rifles and had ATF show up at his door to ask about his purpose for buying the guns. It is up to you to decide what facts to use in your decision process.

Tawnos, yes, it is InfoWars, but freedom of speech is upheld by the 2A (and that used to be taught in school!), and if that is what he believes with some pretty compelling support documentation, then it is his right to 'air' it. Just because he is 'crying wolf' doesn't mean the 'wolf' isn't at the door.
Generally: I agree with Jones that there is a subtle (or not so subtle) undermining of our Constitution and Bill of Rights that is being orchestrated to 1) drive the USA into a deep depression, and 2) undermine our concept of freedoms, and 3) convert the USA into a socialist country where 'those with the money make the rules.' Time will tell who is right and who was giving in to hysterics. Meanwhile, I have certain plans in motion JIC.

The OP and Jones have made the positive contention in the titles to their postings. It is they who have the moral obligation to support their assertions.
The titles are "Gun Grab" and "Obama Launches Gun Grab." The only gun grab mentioned in the video is the one following Katrina. As much as Obama has done wrong, he didn't do that one.
So, the OP and Jones owe some support for their contentions, not me.
Again, this garbage feeds the "gun rights advocates are wackos" opinion among the antis and some of the general public.

I agree, that this must be challenged. But if I may, The reason it has not is that the BATFE will revoke a shops FFL. If you are in the business of selling guns, but your license to do so is revoked, you are out of business. granted, you can still sell everything related to guns that is not the serialized part that constitutes the legal definition of a firearm, but then you have to explain to your customers why they have to come in to claim their consignments. You have to explain to your customers why your gun store has no guns anymore. The media will latch on to the story and twist it into what ever form suits their agenda. Even if you win, your reputation is irrevocably harmed.
