What the hell is wrong with people? Do they really think a crazed killer is going to worry about their stupid gun ban when he's already decided to commit murder, and probably isn't planning on living long enough to get caught?

The site says there are 11 comments, but only 4 are showing. And of those, two are about what happened to the nine that got wiped out. Apparently WTOP's magical memory devices do not run autonomously.

Seems that the answer really is, Yes, Cuccinelli should challenge a gun ban policy at, of all places, Virginia Tech.

The error is, Tech doesn't have any rights. Lewis should have written:

The correct answer is no, but of course zealots like Haas don't want to acknowledge that.

Regarding self-induced panics, that's exclusively the fault of hoplophobes. The solution of course is therapy, not more regulation, but again, Haas won't acknowledge that, either.
