Geez,

here's a poor guy that shot his wad and now he's looking at "charges" to be filed.
That's just seems...... wrong....but, certainly the immediate punishment he inflicted fits "what ever" crime they may think was committed.


....It just seem so short sighted for their parts.

He must not have read the article where the guy at a home depot shot his own nads off, while waistband carrying in sweats. He might have thought twice about not using a holster,......or not.

I agree, would they charge him for stepping on a rake and the handle smacking him in the head?
