It is used in case there is an accident you are covered by the state L&I insurance (full medical). You can download the form and bring it with you or however, I will have all the forms that are required by the state.

Snip from the first link... I dont much care for this line..."Ultimately it comes down to an officer's judgment."
If you voted for Obama to prove you are not a racist...
what will you do now to prove you are not stupid?

Please remember that, that article was written over 2 years ago. We have come a long way and actually converted some folks since then.

I'll plan on coming as well.

    A couple of questions.

1 - Starts at 10. Is there a specific end time? I ask because I am going to Blue Man Group that evening so need to make sure I have enough time to do both.
2 - Do we have a head count?? I have 10-12 "grabbers" that I can bring.

It usually takes about 1-2 hrs at most depending on the amount of people that show up. At this time 4 have confirmed.

I just moved and I have no idea where I put the orange reflective vests that are required. I'm still looking.

Well, if you do not have me down, mark me as one of the confirmed. I'll be there and I will bring grabbers too.

OK, we have a bit of an issue. In my recent move I have misplaced all of the orange reflective safety vests and without these vests we cannot be on the highway and pick up trash. I have gone through all of the tubs and boxes and have not found them, I believe the help I had may have saw the white trash bag and assumed they were trash and threw them away.

I will talk with our coordinator to see about getting them replaced but at this time I have to cancel the Oct 9th Litter Pick up.

Good News, vests have been found. All signage, vest and other related equipment is at hand, so for the November pick we will be all ready.

We could try and do a pick on Oct 16th or we can wait till Nov 13th.

Really, either is fine, but let's decide soon so we can get the word out. There were a few people on WGO who were going to participate as well.

    Question

I had some practice last night; picked up about four blocks around my place. OC cleanup / dog walk. Question, what is the minimum age for this event on the 16th?
