Hello All...

HELP! Is there anyone here who would be able to help me out by providing a succinct line by line chronology of SB-234 from it's birth thru it's death? Pages and pages not required... just a few words to note each twist and turn it took thru the Legislature.

Also, considering the State House and Senate...what was the final "pro's" and "anti's" count for the House and Senate?

Thanks in advance!!!!

ZD

House had enough votes to pass licensed OC. It was several votes short in the anti-gun senate. At least 8 brown shirt Rinos went anti-rights. John Thrasher, chair of the rules committee, killed school carry. One of his biggest supporters, the piece of shite Dr. Cowey, urged him to kill it because his daughter was killed by an underage drunk OFF CAMPUS with a RIFLE. Brown shirt Rinos known for a fact to be enemies of OC freedom are Charlie Dean, Elyn Bogdanoff, Michael Bennett, Diaz de la Portilla, Dennis Jones, and JD Alexander. Bill Montford was a Democrat who earned the NRA endorsement, such as it is, and also was against OC. Once the session began, the only reason for OC given was accidental exposure of a concealed firearm. Thus the "briefly" language.

The reason given for resistance was that OC is scary and will hurt retail chains' business. Except for Dean. Instead of the rights of his constituents, he was concerned that a few precious "lawwrrrrr enfarcement offishers", as he calls them, might be scared if they saw someone out of uniform armed. For him, it's better if leos don't know who is armed, the opposite of what they said in 87 when shall issue concealed became law.
