IWB/OWB combo holster for p3at

I am looking a getting a IWB/OWB combo holster for a p3at. The only reasonable priced one I have found is the desantis dual carry. I want something similar but without a thumb break. Anyone have any suggestions.

so i finally heard back from desantis. They said they could take the thumb break off the dual carry but it would cost an additional $50 added on the price of the holster.
