Question on Deadline OC in Ill.

Quick question. Can people OC in Illinois yet? I can't find a clear answer anywhere as far as OC is concerned. I seem to remember in 2008 you could not OC in Ill. Has that changed?

This just reminds me why I moved out of this unconstitutional state. And why I probably won't ever move back. I enjoy my firearm being on my hip at all times
