if you think this program was set up to catch drug cartels in Mexico, then you are sadly mistaking. what the hell would drug dealers in a foreign nation need with semi-auto rifles, when they can buy all the fully automatics they want on the world market.

i believe the intent of "Operation Gunwalking" was highly successful, but for the fact it was exposed.
