If this person bills each municipality for his services instead of a set fee to represent them then he can CHARGE each and every one of these communities for his services in writing this municipal code also...
Let's see, cut and paste into 6 different document letterheads = 6X the fee! for basically the SAME WORK!

He is a cockroach. I dealt with him in Ellisville traffic court. He thought he was so smart until the judge embarrassed him and he was forced to drop the case right before the judge was about to.
