Prosser should have Walsh-Bradley and Abrahamson charged under 943.30

Here's the appropriate section of state law.

943.30 Threats to injure or accuse of crime. (1) Whoever,
either verbally or by any written or printed communication,
maliciously threatens to accuse or accuses another of any crime or
offense, or threatens or commits any injury to the person, property,
business, profession, calling or trade, or the profits and income of
any business, profession, calling or trade of another, with intent
thereby to extort money or any pecuniary advantage whatever, or
with intent to compel the person so threatened to do any act against
the personís will or omit to do any lawful act, is guilty of a Class
    H felony.

    (4) Whoever violates sub. (1) by attempting to influence the
official action of any public officer is guilty of a Class H felony.

Seems to me that Prosser has a pretty good case.

Prosser should do the right thing and step down. The whole bench should step down. They are a disgrace.
We are paying for a Chicago based Mediation Firm to come in just so they can get things done. ******* insanity.

Abrahamson admits "getting close and in his face so he knew she meant business" or whatever similar thing she said, Prosser says, "She charged me," another judge there said she charged him. Prosser only put his hands up because he was being charged at. Abrahamson claims he touched her neck. He's 6' and she's short. Someone short charges you, you put your hands up in surprise... where are your hands going to wind up? Right around the height of their neck. If she was taller, she'd be complaining he touched her breasts.

Prosser should file assault charges against her.
