No. The Franklin County Courthouse is in Pasco. Kennewick & Richland are both in Benton County, and the Benton County Courthouse is in Kennewick. There is a Federal Courthouse in Richland.

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. Have you carried in the courthouse in Richland? Just wondering if they have lockboxes?

Nope. I've never had a reason to visit that courthouse, so I can't say if they have lockboxes.

It is a federal building so I gues I have some research to do on their website and in the RCW's.

If it's a Federal Courthouse, the RCW's don't apply. Federal law does. There is NO carrying in Federal Buildings.
