or can they? Oh well, they'd probably just lose the video anyway. Tears are rolling down my face, I'm laughing like the idiot that I am, and I've gotta blow my nose. That's just hilarious. How did I automatically know once the captions started, that the overly animated bass player was going to be our illustrious, finger pointing, race card playing, "Judge, you're gonna have to help me out here!" Commonwealth's Attorney, "X." as in X-ray Poindexter? I hope he's making plans to be the "Ex" as in Ex-Commonwealth's Attorney already!

I loved both, but I believe you were far too kind to the Commonwealth.
He never acted that calm in court when I was there and I doubt he was any better prepared on the other dates.
