All well and good, but keep in mind that most, if any of the so-called local laws were long since forgotten about, if ever enforced at all. It was a warm-and-fuzzy consolation prize, at best, for the same Legislature having bent us all over and gang-violated us over the original Open Carry part of the bill.


I've been using my own,backyard firing range all along w/no issues. Heck I even sometimes have some off-duty LEOs use it with me. Non-Issue, for the most part.
