This is a great article. It was posted on a national oc thread. It would be nice if Missouri followed suit. For years local municipalities have enacted excessive ordinances way beyond the initial intent of state & constitutional law. I think this sends a clear message to all those local municipalities who think they are above the law. Its about time! Hopefully it can happen here.

$5000 fine on each official!
$100,000 on each government entity!!

As long as Florida laws favor 2A, it could be an awesome place to be :)
