    Don't talk to the police

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wXkI...ayer_embedded#!

I don't know if this has been posted before but even if it has and you haven't seen it it's a good thing to watch.
"No state shall convert a liberty to a privilege, license it, and charge a fee therefor.- Murdock vs Pennsylvania 319 US 105

...If the state converts a right into a privelege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right... with impunity.
    - Shuttleworth vs City of Birmingham, Alabama 317 US 262

Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no legislation which would abrogate them.
    - Miranda vs Arizona 384 US 436

    refresher

I think this is always good for a refresher. You don't know how many people I know who are intelligent articulate people who forget about their rights. Also, no one will remind you but you.

This video is an oldie but a goodie. It's good to be reposted so newer people see.
Call for a cop, call for an ambulance, and call for a pizza. See who shows up first.

Thanks for the video. I remember seeing this a while ago, had it saved on my favorites but my computer crashed. Now it is back on my favorites.

How about officer, i am sorry to say that you & I do not speak the same language,
we have very little in common so have a nice day,
Oh & officer YOU are free to go or leave....

I was trying to make the point NOT to speak, unless you want your words twisted to mean something else for their purposes. Quete a charge or RAS to look or interigate further.......

    Meine Meinung auch...
Giving up our liberties for safety is the one sure way to let the violent among us win.

"Though defensive violence will always be a 'sad necessity' in the eyes of men of principle, it would be still more unfortunate if wrongdoers should dominate just men." -Saint Augustine

Borrowed from one of the long-time high-post-count members here:

C: Officer, I'm happy to cooperate with you to the fullest extent required by law.
O: That's good, now what's your name, what are you doing, & why do you have that gun?
    C: (keeps mouth shut) :crickets:

Another one I like from a friend of mine:

"I would be happy to answer any questions you have, but to avoid any confusion it will be in writing at a later date"
