I would like to reqest a FIOA from where I was stopped in a traffic stop by the burlegh county sherrifs department in ND today. If someone could point me in the right dirrection on how to go about this it would be much apreciated.

If you're talking about FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) ...

Look up what is known as a "Pro Se: site. Odds are there are at least one or two in your state. If you're not familiar with the term "PRO SE", essentially it means practice law on your own behalf - and yes -

YOU can do this.


FOIA requests are quite simple ... kind of fun ... sometimes educational ... but well worth the small amount of time and postage (send it CERTIFIED) so they can't say they didn't get it - or when.
