Don't believe any facts that I say! This is the internet and it is filled with lies and untruth. I invite you to look up for yourself the basic facts that my arguments might be based upon. This way we can have a discussion where logic and hints on where to find information are what is brought to the forum and people look up and verify facts for themselves.

A bill of sale never hurts even if you know the person. One of the members on here named User is an attorney. On his website he has a firearms bill of sale that can be used anywhere. His site is http://www.virginialegaldefense.com. Good luck!

Works for me in Texas, too. I normally check I.D. for residency if I do not know the person. If I have other suspicions, I ask for CHL.

The spittin's to ensure the handshake took, as it's dryer in Nevada than it is in Colorado.

So long as we spit true, there ain't much tootin'.
