Cornered Cat is a great site for women to get carry information. Although I don't agree with everything she says, the self defense info is invaluable for women and men as well.

That was a very down-to-earth, sensible explanation of where she's at with respect to self-defense. If even a third of Americans held a similar perspective, there's be a lot less criminals in our society.
