Hey everyone!!!

I am heading to the Toldedo Zoo tomorrow with my family. The Zoo's website states firearms are prohibited. Is this legal. I know the Detroit Zoo tried it here but were prevented because of our preemption law. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

According to their website the Zoo is privately owned and thus would be able to prohibit firearms, I would think.

"The Zoo was run by the City of Toledo until 1982, when ownership transferred to The Toledo Zoological Society, a private non-profit organization."
