Sorry, but the DOJ has not outlined the requirements for training. It will be interesting to see how many people get their training from you, only to have to retake the class again, taking away their precious time.

I was going to say that the mods have said that it doesn't count as spam or advertising if it is for firearms training. Then I looked at his past posts and saw that is all he does. So, I am in agreement with you guys.

If you guys would click on his link, you would see that he is doing the UT class so it will meet the requirements.

At Anywhere CCW, our mission is to allow students to receive the prompt and proper training to allow them to receive their Utah, Florida and Wisconsin Concealed Firearms Permit (CCW Permit).

This says the training qualifies for a WI permit. Not that the training is for UT, which that will satisfy the training requirement for WI. Yes, I do nitpick.

Not false advertising at all. Here are the training requirements straight from the Wisconsin Statute:

(4) TRAINING REQUIREMENTS. (a) The proof of training
requirement under sub. (7) (e) may be met by any of
the following:
1. A copy of a document, or an affidavit from an
instructor or organization that conducted the course or
program, that indicates the individual completed any of
the following:
a. The hunter education program established under s.
29.591 or a substantially similar program that is established
by another state, country, or province and that is
recognized by the department of natural resources.
b. A firearms safety or training course that is conducted
by a national or state organization that certifies
firearms instructors.
c. A firearms safety or training course that is available
to the public and is offered by a law enforcement
agency or, if the course is taught by an instructor who is
certified by a national or state organization that certifies
firearms instructors or by the department, by a technical
college, a college or a university, a private or public institution
or organization, or a firearms training school.

d. A firearms safety or training course that is offered
to law enforcement officers or to owners and employees
of licensed private detective and security agencies.
e. A firearms safety or training course that is conducted
by a firearms instructor who is certified by a
national or state organization that certifies firearms
instructors or who is certified by the department.

2. Documentation that the individual completed military,
law enforcement, or security training that gave the
individual experience with firearms that is substantially
equivalent to a course or program under subd. 1.
3. A current or expired license, or a photocopy of a
current or expired license, that the individual holds or has
held that indicates that the individual is licensed or has
been licensed to carry a firearm in this state or in another
state or in a county or municipality of this state or of
another state unless the license has been revoked for
cause.

4. Documentation of completion of small arms training
while serving in the U.S. armed forces, reserves, or
national guard as demonstrated by an honorable discharge
or general discharge under honorable conditions
or a certificate of completion of basic training with a service
record of successful completion of small arms training
and certification.

That's good, now run along and fix your own states laws instead of profiteering from ours.

Wisconsin statute says what the training requirements are. The DOJ can't make up their own rules. We are qualified by being instructors for the National Rifle Assn.

You will have to try to excuse the behavior by some of the posters. They have Gladys Kravitz Syndrome.

If he is an NRA certified instructor he falls under 4(c) and (e)...it doesn't matter what class he teaches it has to be accepted. Now, it does seem that WIDOJ is going to screw with the certificates that are being issued....he needs to keep that in mind.

I don't understand why some people feel the need to be constantly rude.

I took Mikes Utah class a year ago - He did a good job. I'll use this permit for proof of training for the Wisconsin permit.

He's not a fly-by-night operator. He'll stand by his product.
