Not all VCDLmembers are posters on OCDO.
Now if you spotted a GSL with OCDO/VCDL endorsed I'd say there was good chance the driver/s would be a member here.
However, since you posted his car w/ license # I would'nt respond if it was me.
If you think like a Statist, act like one, or back some, you've given up on freedom and have gone over to the dark side.
The easiest ex. but probably the most difficult to grasp for gun owners is that fool permission slip so many of you have, especially if you show it off with pride. You should recognize it as an embarrassment, an infringement, a travesty and an affront to a free person.

Nemo I agree with Agent 19 on this one nothing wrong with inquiring about the "unicorn", but I think it would be best to leave the plate out of it.

I'm still trying to figure out how it is a unicorn.

Remember, a unicorn is someone who spontaneously just up and started OCing because they found out on their own that it was legal.

Such a person was judged to be about as common as unicorns by whoever thought up the term in the early days of OCDO.

For VA Open Carry Cards send a S.A.2S.E. to: Ed's OC cards, Box 16143, Wash DC 20041-6143 (they are free but some folks enclose a couple bucks too)

OK; no problem. I will go back to edit my earlier post to delete the plate number

I dunno. I have seen the term used to cars with VCDL stickers (magnets?) before, on this list (couldn't tell you on which thread or when, so don't ask for a cite!).

Howzabout unicorns for someone who is OC and a flying pig for a car with a VCDL logo?

I turned down a very nice job prospect, promotion, and salary hike because it would require a move to California. No thank you!
As Steve Lee says, "I like guns," and have no plans to get rid of them. My kids will be taught, as I was, about gun safety.

    Life is good.

For those that find it too laborious to type out the full descriptive word,
you could try UNI or use this
